TERMS OF USE

The purpose of these general conditions of use (called "T & Cs") is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions for the provision of the site and services by www.jazzaroundmag.com and to define the conditions for access and use of services by "the User".

 

These T & Cs are accessible on the site under the heading "T & Cs".

 

The T & Cs must be accepted by any User wishing to access the site. They constitute the contract between the site and the User. Access to the site by the User signifies acceptance of these T & Cs. He now undertakes to respect these conditions.

 

Any registration or use of the site implies acceptance without any reservation or restriction of these T & Cs by the user. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these T & Cs by checking the box preceding the following text: "I acknowledge having read and understood the T & Cs and I accept them".

 

In the event of non-acceptance of the T & Cs stipulated in this contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the site.

Jazzaroundmag and Jazzaround reserve the right to unilaterally modify the content of these T & Cs at any time.

The edition and the direction of the publication of the jazzaroundmag site is ensured by the association SOLIDUS UNIT, according to the same data as in article 1.

ARTICLE 2: Access to the site

 

The site www.jazzaroundmag.com allows the User free access to the following services: Promotion of Belgian musical heritage.

The site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their expense.

 

The User who is not a member does not have access to the reserved services. For this, he must register by filling out the form. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the User member undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information concerning his marital status and contact details, in particular his email address.

 

The User is responsible for updating the information provided. It is specified to him that he can modify them by connecting to his member area.

 

To access the services, the User must identify himself using his username and password which will be communicated to him after his registration and which are strictly personal. As such, it refrains from any disclosure. Otherwise, he will remain solely responsible for the use that will be made of it.

 

 

The User may also request to unsubscribe by going to the dedicated page on his personal space or sending an email to: info@solidus-unit.com. This will be effective within a reasonable time.

 

In the event of non-compliance with the general conditions of sale and / or use, the Jazzaroundmag site will have the possibility of suspending or even closing the account of a User after formal notice sent electronically and has remained ineffective.

 

Any deletion of an account, for whatever reason, results in the outright deletion of all personal information of the User.

 

Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of Jazzaroundmag. In these cases, the User thus agrees not to hold the publisher liable for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.

ARTICLE 5: Liability
